How To Calculate Your Cost?

(₹ = Indian Rupees & km/kms = Kilometers)

1: Minimum payable kms: 250 kms /per day

→ For example you hire Toyota Etios car:
if you hire for 1 day than: 1×250 kms (minimum payable kms) = 250 kms x 12 ₹/km= 3000 ₹
if you hire for 2 days than: 2×250 kms (minimum payable kms) = 500 kms x 12 ₹/km= 6000 ₹
if you hire for 3 days than: 3×250 kms (minimum payable kms) = 750 kms x 12 ₹/km= 9000 ₹
if you hire for 4 days than: 4×250 kms (minimum payable kms) = 1000 kms x 12 ₹/km= 12,000 ₹

2: Driver allowance / bata (for his food and accommodation): no.of days x select your car

→ For example you hire Toyota Etios car:

if you hire for 1 day than: 1 x300 ₹ = 300 ₹
if you hire for 2 days than: 2 x300 ₹ = 600 ₹
if you hire for 3 days than: 3 x300 ₹ = 900 ₹
if you hire for 4 days than: 4 x300 ₹ = 1200 ₹

3: Highway toll, parking and Inter-state tax will be extra = as actual ticket.

A: Highway Tolls: On Indian National Highways, there are Tolls charges collected by India Government. You can expect a toll plaza after every 60-100 kms and it may cost you around Rs. 300-500 approximately for every 500 kilometers covered.

B: Parking:

– For 5-7 seater cars- parking is calculated on per visit basis between 10-100 ₹.
– For 8-13 seater cars- parking is calculated on per visit basis between 100-200 ₹.

C: Inter-state tax: Whenever you cross border from one Indian state to another you will also be required to pay interstate tax at border /online (collected by state government). The cost of tax may vary depending upon the state that you will visit and car passenger capacity.

Terms and conditions:

- Offer includes: Car fuel (petrol/diesel/gas) and driver charges (salary, meals and accommodation).
- Air condition car and driver will be at your disposal for the entire period of your journey.
- Driver will be communicative English speaking, friendly and knowledgeable about the touristic places and restaurants, but not an official guide, so he cannot accompany you while sightseeing.
- Number of days are based on calendar date (not 24 hrs basis).
- Payment to be paid in 3 parts (50% at start, 30% middle and 20% at the end of our services).
- If you planning to leave car in any city (other than Delhi), you must add kilometers until Delhi. However, if number of kilometers until Delhi is under your allocated limit (as mentioned above) then no extra will be charged (excluding highyway tolls).
- Above price structure is not applicable for certain areas due to government restrictions for high altitude travel areas such as Leh Ladakh, Spiti Valley, 4 Dham pilgrimage (Valley of flowers, Gangotri, Yamnotri, Badrinath, Kedarnath). For special rates for those locations, please contact our team directly.
